• Anxiety
• Insomnia

• Headaches, Migraine

Contraindications

• Avoid in Pregnancy and Lactation
• Consult your doctor before taking Californian Poppy if taking Sedative medications (Benzodiazepines or CNS depressants)
• Stop taking at least 2 weeks before a General Anaesthetic

Dosage

• Adult – Anxiety: 10 drops (0.5ml) 3 times daily (internal)
• Adult – Insomnia: 25 drops before bed
