INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Certain countries will not allow the importation of Herbal or Homeopathic Remedies. Please check with your Country’s Customs office for advice and regulations before ordering.
International orders to certain countries may be subject to additional charges – such as customs duties and fees and import taxes. We do not pay these charges. They are paid for by the recipient once the package reaches the destination country. Please consult your country’s customs office for further information regarding whether you will be required to pay any extra charges on your shipment.
We cannot issue a refund or exchange on a returned order from Customs as we are unable to resell the products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We take all reasonable precaution to ensure that your orders are delivered intact. Once your order has been dispatched we are no longer liable for any damages that occur. Any loss or damage will need to be taken up with Australia Post. You must retain the packaging and its contents as Australia Post needs to sight the product damage and the packaging barcode, otherwise they do not supply refunds.

REFUNDS

A full refund or replacement will be issued for goods that arrive damaged. If you wish for a replacement (instead of a refund), we will post your order at no cost to you. We may require you to return the product to us for inspection. Please email or phone for instructions on how to return the product to us.

For incorrectly sent products, we will replace your order and post it at no cost to you. Please phone or email us so that we can give you instructions on how to return the product to us.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrectly ordered products or change of mind, so please choose carefully.

OUT OF STOCK
Usually our website reflects what stock is available at the time. If for some reason a product is not in stock we will email or phone to advise you of the item’s unavailability and when we expect that it will be in stock again.
