Pharmacological Actions

• Diuretic
• Demulcent
• Anti-microbial
• Urinary Tonic (gentle)

Indications

• Urinary Tract Disorders
  e.g. Cystitis, Urethritis, Pyelitis, Nephritis
• Kidney Stones
• Prostatitis and Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy
• Arthritis and Gout

Contraindications

• Avoid in Pregnancy and Lactation
• Please seek immediate Medical attention if there is blood in the urine or if pain or irritation from cystitis persists for more than 48hours.
• Stop taking at least 2 weeks before a General Anaesthetic

• Adult – 20 drops (1ml) 3 times daily
