• Anxiety
• Depression (mild)
• Nervous Tension, Restlessness
• Headaches / Migraines
• Insomnia
• Palpitations
• Externally – burns, cuts, wounds, sores, ulcers, eczema, bacterial and fungal infections, acne, skin inflammations, cold sores
• Muscle spasms / tension, cramps
• Indigestion, colic, loss of appetite, vomiting, nausea, flatulence
• Gargle for sore throat, tonsillitis, mouth ulcers, inflamed gums, toothache, canker sore
• Pain – nerve pain, joint pain. arthritis
• To help promote wound healing

 

Contraindications

• Avoid in Pregnancy and Lactation
• Avoid in known allergy to Lavender
• Consult your Doctor before using Lavender if you are taking Central Nervous System Depressants, Chloral Hydrate, Sedatives (Barbiturates & CNS depressants), Anti-convulsants, Blood-thinning drugs or Cholesterol-lowering drugs.
• Stop using lavender at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.

• Adult – 20 drops (1ml) 3 times daily
