Contraindications

• Avoid in Pregnancy and Lactation
• Avoid if drinking Alcohol or taking Alprazolam (Xanax), Benzodiazepines and Sedative medications.
• Please consult your Doctor before using Valerian if taking Medications that are broken down by the liver (Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) substrates).
• Stop taking at least 2 weeks before a General Anaesthetic
• Take at least an hour away from supplements

• Adult – 20 drops (1 ml) 3 times daily
