Arnica montana
Arnica is probably the most well-known homeopathic remedy and is a remedy that most people would have if they own a Homeopathic Kit.
It is the first remedy to use for Injuries. I know many parents who carry this remedy with them on outings and find it indispensable for their children’s bumps and falls. My son is lucky enough to go to a school that uses homeopathic remedies for 1st aid treatment and Arnica 30 is often used for any falls or injuries that the children may sustain.
