Postage Costs Explained
The Homeopathic Dispensary is based in the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands in Queensland, Australia.
We ship anywhere in Australia, New Zealand and Worldwide (please see below).
Most Customer orders weigh less than 500g, so the following rates are based on this. We will let you know if the weight of your order is greater than this, so that any extra charges can be paid for prior to shipping.
We use Australia Post for all orders and our rates are as follows:

International Economy Air (Up to 500g) - Flat Rate of $15
International Standard Post Small Satchel (up to 500g) - Flat Rate of $23
International Express Post Small Satchel (up to 500g) - Flat Rate of $32
Discounted Postage - 1-3 Individual Homeopathic Remedies (NOT Combination Remedies) - $5

International Economy Air (Up to 500g) - Flat Rate of $20

INSURANCE
Australia Post provide Extra Cover Insurance which covers loss or damage to your parcel while in transit. We recommend you take out Insurance as we do not accept responsibility for items due to circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Certain countries will not allow the importation of Herbal or Homeopathic Remedies. Please check with your Country’s Customs office for advice and regulations before ordering.
International orders to certain countries may be subject to additional charges – such as customs duties and fees and import taxes. We do not pay these charges. They are paid for by the recipient once the package reaches the destination country. Please consult your country’s customs office for further information regarding whether you will be required to pay any extra charges on your shipment.
We cannot issue a refund or exchange on a returned order from Customs as we are unable to resell the products.
